I think that we should NOT be graded on number of posts or number of visits and not the portfolio because that is lame be graded on work that is posted when some of us dont even have any work worth looking at. i think we should be graded on CONTENT and our willingness to participate in the blogging activities but that is my feed back to the grading and i am most likely to fail this class. or we should seek a balance between number of posts and content of those posts.

man these things in the beggining seemed interesting and new but now all it seems is ooh aw we can write on the internet that is real amazing oh yeah but now it is nothing more than a boring internet class where we have to write all the time and post our good writing projects when that is stupid i see absolutely no point to that if we had alot to say and it was a little bit more guided that would be great because than we can actually know what we had to do and hyperlinks suck they dont do anything more except put you somewhere on the internet and you can never find what the teachers talking about so you get lost and now my opinion for these blogs being used in school is that it is the worst way to run a class because you have to do assignments you cant find any of the stuff we are supposed to do.

i am responding to a question about the blogging use in school/for school it was on our wiki that we are keeping track to.
If youre afraid of your essays being plagerised then you shouldn't put it on a public blog and that is falling in the private and public blogs if you dont want it jacked then dont put it out there for everyone to see because some one somewhere is probably going to plagerise it so keep private in private blogs and public whereever you want because you dont care as long as it is seen. oh and no last names ever just to be safe.

man i see not why these adults make it impossible for us to use this excellent peice of communications/internet stuff because it isn't a bad thing as long as you keep personal stuff out and stick to the work you need and it allows us to get peices of our work out there and have people read it and it is not like you can force kids to write what they dont want to because they can just not but there deffinetly be some stupid little kid that will use it for something stupid but they can always be punished as if they had kicked someones face in and you just make sure to keep personal and school related blogs seperate but open for all to read (if they want to make it public and private class if they are uncomfortable with the world reading it).
